2010年4月，8位美國中學生由奧馬哈市美麗救主堂及美國協同學校到本校進行學習體驗，他們跟學生一同上課學習，包括學習普通話、英語課、體育及音樂活動、中西美點製作等，一同渡過校園生活。

In April 2010, a team of eight high school students and three teachers from Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Omaha, Nebraska visited MCDH for a cultural exchange program. The American students and teachers joined classes such as English, Bible Studies, Music, Home Economics, PE, and Putonghua. They also participated in Christian Fellowship, sports and games, sightseeing and home visits. While sharing their faith and love for Jesus, they were immersed into the Hong Kong culture and had created lasting relationships with MCDH students.
